The clown appeared in Angel's Flight. He was hired by Twisty T to provide entertainment for Plum, Rainbow and Fig. He needed to use the bathroom so he asked Rudie to watch the cake until he got back.
He, along with G, Love and Baby were subjected to the kids' torment throughout the entirety of the episode.
His real name is never revealed.
