The Hi Hi Sky Mall is the main shopping center in Harajuku City, providing a little bit of everything by blending both "cute" with "cool". There are several different shops, boutiques, and a food court in addition to a fountain and a service desk.
There is a rollercoaster that allows for fast transportation throughout the mall as well as elevators, escalators, and traditional staircases.

- Both the Hi Hi Sky Mall and the Lo Lo Sea Mall have the exact same architecture layout on the outside, the only difference being their location (Hi Hi is on land, Lo Lo is underwater).
