Madame Shhh (formerly known as Madame Shout) is a character in Kuu Kuu Harajuku. She first appeared in Delectabubbles.
Appearance[]
She is an obese older woman who wears a dress consisting of clear plastic-looking bubbles. On her head is a golden crown.
Background[]
Madame Shhh made her first appearance in Delectabubbles. As Madame Shout, she invited HJ5 to perform at the Yum Yum Delectable Band Competition in Bubble Land. It is later revealed that she hates all forms of sound and created a soundproof bubbles in order to live in peace and harmony, without noise. She employs squirrel soldiers to attack HJ5 as they escape from Bubble Land.
At the end of the episode she swears vengence on the girls, but her wand is stolen by Music.
She constantly referred to Rudie as the girls' butler.
